Experience Bar George during Grand Prix with two distinct ways to take it all in. For smaller parties, a refined à la carte menu features a streamlined selection of signature dishes and guest favourites—designed for a seamless dining experience amid the pace and excitement of race weekend.

For larger groups of six or more, a lively family-style offering brings bold, shareable flavours to the table—perfect for gathering, toasting, and settling into the electric atmosphere that defines the occasion.

Please note:

Reservations are highly recommended. For small groups, a limited à la carte menu will be available in place of our full menu. A $60 ticket prepayment per guest is required to secure your booking, with a two-hour seating time allotted. A member of our team will be in touch to complete payment.

Groups of 6 or more will be accommodated with our family-style menu, priced at $300 per person. One bill will be presented per group, inclusive of a 20% gratuity.
