Nico de Soto

Bar George is excited to welcome special guest bartender Nico de Soto, this Wednesday, August 9! Owner of two of the best bars in the world: Mace in New York, and Danico in Paris, Nico has been awarded #23 on the list of the 100 most influential people in the industry. 

An avid traveller, he has visited 104 countries, including many of the best bars in the world, and has organized over 50 international popups. Using modern techniques like sous-vide to achieve incredible flavour, centrifuge to clarify juices, and rotovap to make his own distillates, he is a true master of his craft. 

A many of many talents, Nico will be mixing up a special menu behind our bar from 8–10pm, before jumping into the DJ booth to perform a set until midnight. 

An unbelievable showcase of artistry, this is a night you don’t want to miss!

Note: there is a $50 entry fee between 8–10pm, which includes 2 drinks. First-come, first-served after 10pm.
